Weekly Photo Challenge: Window

Teddy Bears and Toy Soldiers

Teddy Bears and Toy Soldiers

These images are of window displays in a large department store.  With music playing and moving parts the animated displays of teddy bears, toy soldiers and deli workers transport you through the glass windows into an enchanted and faraway land.  I observed throngs of children stand at the window gazing at these displays with joy and wonderment (Sydney, Australia).

See here for more submissions for this weeks challenge.

  1. Lovely entry for the challenge. These windows are very cleverly done. 🙂

  2. When I was a child, our mother took us into Philadelphia and New York to see all the animated displays in the department store windows. This post evokes lovely memories!
