Weekly Photo Challenge: Perspective

Shot with a wide angle lens and converted to black and white in post.

The Old Farm Shed – Shot with a wide angle lens and converted to black and white in post to bring out the wooden structure against the metal of the fence and the tractor.

Perspective is challenging.  The search for a different perspective forces you to be creative and think of alternate ways of viewing something.  I believe the ingredients to creating compelling images are practice, patience, imagination and a little bit of luck.  Here are a few images from my collection.

Just Like Blockwork - these cement blocks stretch out into the sea. I use a long exposure to 'calm' the lapping waves and converted to mono to create an interesting abstract look.

  2. Great perspective photos. Especially like “Just Like Blockwork”. Feels like it’s stretching into the afterlife.
